• To lessen the concentration of poverty, 35% of the 590 new housing units constructed will provide housing for families above the neighborhood existing median income of $53,125.
• Mixed Use at Southeast Gateway will bring new retail and professional services to the neighborhood
• Site demolition is scheduled to begin in December of 2007 to make way for the construction to start in the Spring of 2008.
